An exchange can be made if: 1) The item is defective 2) The item has the wrong colour or size to your ordered item.
If your exchange request is valid as above, we will bear all postage costs of the exchange process which includes your costs of postage back to us and forth to you.

Description: [your description of the defect or wrong delivery] 5. If exchange is requested because of defect, please attach an image of the defect to us.
MODE OF DELIVERY
1. FREE local normal postage. FREE local normal postage for purchases above S$50. For orders below S$50, the estimated normal postage charges will be categorize as follows: 1 - 2 items --- S$1 3 - 4 items --- S$2 5 - 6 items --- S$2.50 6 - 15 items and above --- S$3.50
Additional S$3 for registered mail.
2. Self-collections. Self-collection is possible only by appointment. Collection place at Lor Chuan MRT station from 9am to 6pm. Other locations depends on my schedule.
